About Dr. Scott

Dr. Scott knew she wanted to be a physican from the fourth grade on, but it wasn't until college that she found Osteopathy and knew it would be her life's work.

Born in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Scott attended Clackamas High School and the University of Portland.  In 1988, Dr. Scott graduated form medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.  At the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, she completed a three-year family practice residency, and was Chief Resident for one year.  Dr. Scott became certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine in 1997, and by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.  She holds a Certificate of Competency from the Cranial Academy.

After practicing several years in Gresham as an Osteopathic family practitioner, Dr. Scott opened her private practice specializing in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.  Her emphasis is to combine Osteopathic principles with integrated medicine.
